We are ushering in to a new era. Digital revolution have dawned upon us and everyday our lives are becoming more sophisticated. According to statistics, every individual is associated with at least 4 devices in their lives. These devices are now an integral part of our lives and it is almost impossible to function without them. It is now a matter of how, when and where we embrace the waves newer technology coming in to our lives. On the flip side, as our lives are becoming more complex and requiring high level efficiency we need better technology everyday. We are ushering in to a new era. Digital revolution have dawned upon us and everyday our lives are becoming more sophisticated. According to statistics, every individual is associated with at least 4 devices in their lives. These devices are now an integral part of our lives and it is almost impossible to function without them. It is now a matter of how, when and where we embrace the waves newer technology coming in to our lives. On the flip side, as our lives are becoming more complex and requiring high level efficiency creating the need for better technology everyday.
So what does this mean? Does it mean that our human attributes will disintegrate as we would not need it anymore? Or, does it mean we complement machines and our attributes together to create a better world?
I think we are rocking the wrong boat here. Just like every other revolution, we need to understand it far better in order for us to contain it. Yes, Einstein gave us the formula E=MC2 but it all came down to how we used it. In order for us to future proof ourselves against the popular "Machine Terminator" we need to understand, use and contribute better.
Generally, we tend to think that machines and humans are two identity. However, the truth is that machines are just an extension arm for each one of us through which we can express better. So, we have to understand that machines behave the way we are feeding it information. So just like we have our body and if we are not providing the right nutrition or maintaining body fitness the resultant effect is malfunction.
